With much of the focus on the Air Yeezy 2 "Red October" and its on-again, off-again launch, many sneakerheads have already forgotten another never-released Air Yeezy 2 "Cheetah", the special purple edition created just for Kobe Bryant back in 2012. However, Refresh PGH's in-house customizer Hippie Neal brought back some of the attention today thanks to his Air Jordan 4 "Air Yeezy 2 Cheetah" Customs. Based on the Jordan Brand classic Black/Red Air Jordan 4, Hippie Neal reworked the entire nubuck and leather upper into a purplish hue. With straps and heel plate in black accents, Neal applied a coat of light neon green to simulate the glow-in-the-dark outsole. Finally, a set of reddish laces and brass lace tips complete the custom design.
