Air Max 90 PRM A-Side

Nike is getting nostalgic on the Air Max 90 this Summer, giving the retro runner a “Mix Tape” makeover.
For those who can vividly remember the early 90s, there was nothing quite like a self-made Summer mixtape to bring on the season. Your favorite tracks compiled, ready to rock in the 8-track became the soundtrack for your Summer — and still, to this day, we bet that those tracks will always take you back. Now, Nike will be bringing back those memorable days with a special edition “Mix Tape” Air Max 90, which not only sports hand-written track listings underfoot but Sides A and B on each shoe. I’m gonna bet a lot of people reading this won’t know what that means, nor the tongue’s 33 1/3 RPM — the speed at which a record LP plays.
The pairs sport a few other unique characteristics, including cactus-textured Swooshes, exposed oversized stitching, retro-styled tongue labels, moon surface medial panels, and corked insoles
Said to be part of an eight-pack release, this “Lemon Frost” pair, is listed at Track #5 on the outsole, and is said to be limited to just 7500 pairs — we’re unsure if that’s for the entire collection of eight as a whole or 7500 units per colorway. Stay tuned for more info and looks at the remaining colorways — but until then, grab a detailed look at the first up “Lemon Frost” below, before heading over to our Nike Release Dates page to set yourself a reminder for the release, which is slated for June 15th...
